Foreman

we’re looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead one of our commercial installation crews. In this role, you’ll oversee 3–6 team members, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high-quality standards. If you’re a hands-on leader who takes pride in transforming plans into reality, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise crew members on commercial landscape installation projects

  • Read and interpret landscape construction plans

  • Ensure work meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards

  • Operate and maintain tools, trucks, and equipment safely

  • Communicate with project managers and clients as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of landscape installation or construction experience (commercial preferred)

  • Previous crew leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to read plans and direct crews effectively

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus

Irrigation Technicians 

We’re seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician / Crew Lead to manage our commercial installation crews. This role is ideal for someone with irrigation expertise and leadership skills who takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead crews of 3–5 team members on commercial irrigation projects

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems

  • Perform seasonal start-ups, winterization, and adjustments

  • Train and motivate team members to deliver top-quality work

  • Ensure safety, efficiency, and schedule adherence on job sites

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of irrigation installation/repair experience (commercial preferred)

  • Knowledge of controllers, valves, heads, and pumps

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus

Maintenance Lead

We're seeking an experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead to manage one of our commercial property maintenance crews. In this role, you’ll lead 3–5 team members and ensure our clients’ properties are maintained safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise lawn care crew members

  • Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and seasonal cleanups

Maintenance Laborer

Little Rock Landscape, INC. is hiring Lawn Maintenance Laborers to join our commercial property maintenance division. This is a hands-on role working with a crew to keep client properties looking their best. If you enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity to build a career in landscaping.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and seasonal cleanups

  • Operate and care for lawn maintenance equipment safely

  • Work with crew members to complete daily routes efficiently

  • Follow instructions from the Crew Lead and maintain quality standards

  • Help ensure job sites are left clean and safe

Qualifications

  • Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, but not required (we will train)

Project Manager -Landscape Construction

We’re seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our commercial landscape construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in the field, communicates clearly, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to LR Landscape quality standards. You’ll work closely with field crews, subcontractors, clients, and internal leadership to drive successful outcomes on every project.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of commercial landscape construction projects

  • Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project schedules

  • Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and scopes of work

  • Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and production standards are met

  • Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions with clients and internal teams

  • Manage project budgets, change orders, documentation, and close-out requirements

  • Support and coach crew leaders to maximize productivity and accountability

  • Enforce company safety policies and job site best practices

  • Proactively identify and resolve field challenges to keep projects on track

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial landscape construction project management or supervision

  • Strong knowledge of landscape installation processes (grading, planting, irrigation coordination, hardscape preferred)

  • Proven ability to lead multiple crews and manage subcontractors

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to read and execute landscape construction plans and schedules

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between active job sites

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Facilities Manager

Little Rock Landscape, INC. is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee our facilities, equipment, and fleet operations. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical skills and organizational ability who enjoys keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for managing our fleet, shop, small equipment, inventory, and grounds while supporting a fast-moving landscaping company.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee fleet management (trucks, trailers, and equipment) including maintenance scheduling, inspections, and repairs

  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance on small engines, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment

  • Manage shop organization, product inventory, and supplies

  • Support crews by ensuring equipment is ready and safe for daily use

  • Oversee facility and grounds maintenance at our headquarters

  • Track equipment usage, service records, and inventory levels

  • Work closely with leadership to improve efficiency and reduce downtime

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in equipment, fleet, or facilities management (landscaping/construction industry a plus)

  • Strong mechanical skills, including small engine troubleshooting/repair

  • Organized and detail-oriented with good recordkeeping habits

  • Ability to lead by example and support a team-oriented culture

  • Valid driver’s license required 

  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed
