Landscape
Foreman
The landscape foreman's responsibilities include overseeing the construction of landscape and irrigation installation and maintaining the landscape until completion of the project, monitoring and training workers, operating and supervising the use of equipment, ensuring LRLI employees understand the safety guidelines and protocols.
Maintenance Supervisor
The irrigation tech position requires skilled knowledge in how to read irrigation blueprints and then layout the irrigation system accordingly for the install. Managing the irrigation crew and running the necessary equipment for the irrigation install is essential. Understanding 2 wire systems and conventional systems are paramount.
Maintenance Laborer
The maintenance foreman's responsibilities include overseeing the operation of one of LRLI's maintenance crews. Ensuring that the crew is bringing a level of excellence to the properties they are maintaining. Observing the health and thrivability of our contracted properties and making adjustments as needed to the irrigation systems or fertilization applications. Finally, making sure that LRLI's crew is safe in maintaining the safety rules and protocols of this division.
Facilities
Manager
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well functioning. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to operate equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and honesty are just two of the desired qualities for this position. The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.
